The Role
The Senior Account Director position is a hybrid role that includes aspects of marketing, project management, production, and client management with a high-degree of focus on customer satisfaction. The Senior Account Director is responsible for all day-to-day aspects and communication with the client(s) – primarily marketing team members – as well as securing/managing internal resources to execute all deliverables for a specific client. The Senior Account Director performs these duties in close partnership with all Onboardly team members.

The Senior Account Director is the face of the brand to the client, its partners and vendors and is accountable for all ongoing projects, including all cross-functional teams within the company to deliver world-class results for our clients that are:

You are responsible for understanding the clients markets, their core customers, the company narrative, and what makes them tick. You anticipate client needs, disseminate client input and feedback, and are extremely proactive in finding solutions. Perhaps most importantly, you are responsible for ensuring all client campaigns are delivered in the most precise, professional and strategic way possible.
Your main role is Senior Account Director , but will have a huge commitment to company growth and direction as well. As the Senior Account Director, you will be working directly with the company CEO, Renee Warren, and reporting to her on all team and client requests, inputs, outputs, and wins/problems.
Core responsibilities:
- Daily client relationship management (first point of contact, manages all correspondence, leads and disseminates information),
- Responsible for day to day account management of campaigns and deliverables including structure and development of estimates, timelines, action plans, and campaign completion (strategy, creative development, production/execution, reporting/campaign performance tracking, billing/reconciliation),
- Leads all projects independently, from the highest level of strategic planning to the creation, implementation, and management of deliverables,
- Possesses a deep understanding of integrated marketing execution, including creative and production management in order to lead/assist in developing integrated marketing/media strategies for our clients, especially as our service offerings grow,
- Develops and manages the scope of work and client metrics; reports and presents to the client, the weekly/monthly metrics as outlined in the scope of work,
- Educate clients on our methodologies and processes to set expectations and ensure seamless communications,
- Monitors and manages strict deadlines, budgets, and scope changes,
- Motivates and leads internal and external resources, builds and maintains good relationships with various teams to keep them focused on quality deliverables, timelines and budgets,
- Presents complex information both orally and in writing to both the team and our clients,
- Use consultative communication skills to identify client needs, problems, and pain points,
- Facilitates Onboardly's process for customer acquisition and visibility,
- Manages workflow and client expectations, including leveraging internal resources to produce results,
- Prepares all client meeting agendas, weekly and monthly reports,
- Schedules and leads weekly/bi-weekly client calls and meetings,
- Facilitates of client approvals on content marketing initiatives, while supporting approvals on PR and social media initiatives.
- Works with 3rd party vendors when necessary,
- Daily delegation (reminders!) of responsibilities among team members,
- Suggests improvement to the Onboardly process where appropriate,
- Contributes to the ongoing Onboardly Operations Manual (the "Playbook"),
- Self-management on all ongoing deliverables indicated in the Onboardly Methodology,
- Research's & identifies opportunities to promote Onboardly and our clients in non-traditional means,
- Assists senior management in developing proposals and gathering information for new business opportunities.
Activities may also include:
- Contributing to Onboardly blog, Twitter/Facebook/LinkedIn presence & other social media sites and communities,
- Sharing Onboardly & Client content via personal social channels (if you choose to - not mandatory) on a daily basis to help encourage distribution,
- Contributing to any relevant webinar series, remarkable content development, and other inbound marketing activities,
- Given the nature of a startup, your marketing responsibilities will change from time to time, and may include managing other aspects of the marketing activities of the company organization, including quality online advertising & viral marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business or a related degree.
- Experience: 3 to 6 years experience in a similar role.
